Greenwood Ingredient Co. is backed by Fresh Slice Foods, a family-owned Hawke's Bay fruit business with roots going back to 1939. We source and supply fruit inclusions to food manufacturers across New Zealand and Australia.

We know an ingredient has to work on a production line, not only on a sample bench. The cut size, product specification, forecast and delivery timing all matter when a trial becomes an ongoing product.
Our range spans freeze-dried fruit, infused dried fruit and BakeSafe® fruit purée pieces. We help NPD teams compare formats and obtain the information needed for factory evaluation.
