Fruit purée pieces for baked products
Cube-shaped pieces can be mixed through doughs and batters. Their coating and recipe are designed to help the fruit retain its shape, flavour and colour in the oven.
Choose a flavour and size for your application, then request the relevant specification to confirm ingredients and technical details.
